Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support & Implementation
Install, configure, and maintain CAD/CAM software.
Provide technical support to customers regarding software usage and troubleshooting.
Assist customers in implementing CAD/CAM solutions into their engineering and manufacturing processes.
Diagnose and resolve software-related issues.

Customer Training & Consultation
Conduct software training sessions for engineers, designers, and machinists.
Develop training materials, tutorials, and technical documentation.
Guide customers on best practices for CAD modeling, CAM programming, and CNC machining.

Pre-Sales Activities
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.




Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
Support the sales team with technical expertise during customer meetings and evaluations.
Prepare proof-of-concept projects and sample machining strategies.

Application Development & Optimization
Create CAD models, assemblies, and manufacturing programs.
Optimize machining processes, toolpaths, and CNC operations.
Test current software features and provide feedback to development teams.
Stay updated on industry trends, manufacturing technologies, and CAD/CAM advancements.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and CNC machining.
Experience with CAD/CAM software such as:

Knowledge of CNC programming (G-code/M-code).
