Coordinate daily welding and fabrication activities as per production schedule. - Supervise fabrication of transformer tanks, radiator panels, headers, conservators, and related components. - Manage welders, fitters, grinders, and helpers for optimum productivity. - Ensure welding as per approved drawings, specifications, and WPS. - Monitor fit-up, alignment, welding parameters, and distortion control. - Ensure leak-proof welding quality for tanks and radiators. - Coordinate hydro test, pneumatic test, vacuum test, and quality inspections. - Reduce rejection, rework, and production delays. - Ensure availability of welding consumables, gases, tools, and machines. - Maintain safety standards, PPE compliance, and housekeeping.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹51,080.28 per month
