Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Create visually engaging designs for digital and print media, such as brochures, banners, posters, and other promotional materials.
Develop high-quality social media graphics for multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) in line with each client’s brand.
Design creatives for ad campaigns, optimizing visuals to align with campaign goals and audience engagement.
Work with the creative team to brainstorm and develop fresh design concepts that effectively convey the client's message and vision.
Ensure consistency and cohesiveness across all creative materials, adhering to each client’s brand guidelines and aesthetics.
Partner with account managers, content creators, and clients to understand project requirements, timelines, and feedback.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably within an agency setting or working on client-based projects.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDraw and familiarity with tools like Canva or Figma.:




Solid ideation abilities, with a portfolio showcasing creative thinking and high-quality designs across digital and print media.
Experience in designing creatives for ad campaigns, with an understanding of visual strategies for engagement.
Ability to deliver polished and error-free designs while meeting deadlines.
Effective communicator with the ability to interpret and translate client briefs into impactful visuals.

Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with motion graphics or basic animation for digital campaigns.
Knowledge of branding principles and visual identity.
Prior experience working in a fast-paced marketing or creative agency setting.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Shivaji Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
