Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identifying client needs, building trust, and maintaining strong relationships.
Sales & Marketing: Promoting and selling financial products or services, prospecting new clients, and meeting sales targets.
Market & Competitor Analysis: Staying informed about market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to identify prospects.
Financial Analysis: Forecasting, monitoring expenses, analyzing performance metrics, and providing data-driven insights.
Reporting: Monitoring and reporting on sales performance to management.
Collaboration: Working with marketing and product teams to align sales with business objectives.
Compliance: Ensuring all sales activities adhere to relevant regulations and company policies.
Documentation: Managing paperwork related to sales transactions





Required Skills:
Sales & Communication: Robust verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and sales presentations.
Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of financial products, markets, and regulatory requirements.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, understand financial reports, and provide insights.
Customer Service: Commitment to addressing client needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Networking: Ability to build and maintain qualified networks.
Must have experience & knowledge on loans like secured funding /unsecured fundings OD facilities BG Drafts CC/LC & other sort of financial loans

Qualifications:
Any Bachelor's degree in B.Tech is preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, preferably within a sales environment.
