Supervise day-to-day dairy plant operations (milk reception, processing, packing, and dispatch)
Monitor quality of milk (Fat, SNF, temperature, etc.)
Ensure proper handling and storage of raw and processed milk
Coordinate with procurement and distribution teams
Maintain production records, stock registers, and reports
Handle manpower planning and supervise plant drivers & workers
Monitor plant machinery and coordinate maintenance/repairs
Manage dispatch as per customer orders/indents
Minimize wastage and control operational costs
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
