What you'll do:
Build and manage strong talent pipelines across a wide range of technology roles
Partner closely with recruiters to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies




Drive continuous improvement in sourcing strategies, including market mapping and talent insights
Take ownership of sourcing mandates and deliver within defined timelines in a quick-paced workplace

Must have:
4'“9 years of experience in technology sourcing, preferably in a consulting or services workplace
Proven experience hiring across diverse technology skill sets (e.g., Data, Cloud, Engineering, CRM etc.)
Strong communication skills
High ownership mindset with a persistent, 'œnever give up'
attitude toward closures
