Selection & appointment of appropriate Dealers/ Distributors.
Timely & effective resolution to Customer complaints.
Conduct technical product presentations to Architects, Consultants, Contractors, Electricians and End users.
Be responsible for planning and executing events and exhibitions in the region.
Tracking sales targets and reporting results.
Follow up on outstanding payments from customers (if any)
Report product failures to the Service department and follow up on closures to ensure Customer Satisfaction.
