Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Lead Generation
Identify and approach startups, SMEs, entrepreneurs, and business owners.
Build and maintain a solid sales pipeline.

Client Acquisition
Pitch digital marketing, website development, app development, and mentorship services to prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Conduct online and offline sales presentations and meetings.
Convert qualified leads into paying clients.

Sales & Closure
Prepare proposals, quotations, and service packages.
Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Ensure timely follow-ups and deal closures.

Relationship Management




Build long-term relationships with clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Collect client feedback and identify upselling prospects.

Reporting & CRM
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in CRM.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
Experience selling digital marketing, website development, SaaS, IT services, consulting, or related services preferred.
Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to generate leads independently.
Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
Good understanding of social media marketing, performance marketing, websites, mobile apps, and startup ecosystems.
