Job Summary:
To support our extraordinary teams who build excellent products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add Specialist - Intercompany located in Pune.
What a typical day looks like:
Supporting accounts payable & Accounts receivable process
Performing MEC Reconciliation & SOA reconciliation as per standard process
Handling Escalations from all stake holders and sharing the art of learning to team members.
Monthly Meeting with Stakeholders to share the Business Metrics and understand the expectations of the site customers.
Help & Drive team on all the KPI’s metrics, AP/AR Aging, contribute to the process by providing ideas, finding out the opportunities to eliminate nonvalue activities for process improvement.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:




minimum of 4+ year’s exposure in Finance & Accounting processes in BPO industry
Hands on experience in IC functions with a strong knowledge of accounting principles.
Ability to operate independently and work toward goals and deliverables with little day-to-day supervision.
Ability to manage processes and projects, implementing continuous improvements.
Understanding of global roles and responsibilities - ability to determine who to escalate issues to.
Excellent written & oral communication skills.
Good Problem-solving skills.
Ability to multi-task & high level of attention to detail.
Positive Knowledge in MS Office Package.
Willingness to work in complex workplace with strict deadlines on projects
