Job Title: E-Commerce Assistant
Department: E-Commerce / Online Sales
Reports To: E-Commerce Manager / Operations Manager

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, website, etc.)
Upload product images, descriptions, prices, and stock details
Process daily online orders and coordinate dispatch/shipping
Track inventory and update stock availability
Manage returns, exchanges, and refund requests
Monitor sales reports and prepare basic performance data
Coordinate with warehouse, marketing, and delivery teams
Support promotional campaigns, offers, and discounts
Ensure smooth day-to-day marketplace operations

Required Skills:
Basic computer knowledge
Familiarity with Excel / Google Sheets
Positive communication skills
Attention to detail
Time management skills
Basic knowledge of online marketplaces

Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate / Undergraduate
Experience in e-commerce or customer service preferred
Knowledge of Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub is a plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
