Designation : Maintenance Staff

Location : Bhiwadi
Perform repair and clean activities for all electrical systems.
Perform minor fixes like filling gaps on walls, repairing broken locks, etc.
Check electrical wiring and control panels to identify issues.
Install equipment and appliances as instructed.
Conduct basic maintenance tasks like replacing fused bulbs etc.
Inspect and troubleshoot appliances and equipment.
Collaborate with the staff and other professionals during the renovations.
Report any issues to the maintenance or facility manager.
Ensure the safety system works well, for instance, checking the fire alarms.
Check and fix all plumbing work related issues and motor repair

Requirements:
High school diploma or relevant field.
Proven work experience as a Maintenance Worker, Handyman, Maintenance Technician or a similar position.




Exceptional manual dexterity and physical stamina.
Outstanding knowledge of HVAC electrical and plumbing systems.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to read through drawings and technical manuals.
Solid working experience using electrical and other handy tools.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
Outstanding problem-solving skills.
A keen eye on details for accuracy.
Hard-working individual.
Valuable time management abilities.
Solid decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹10,491.43 - ₹15,000.00 per month
