Responsibility

Dishwashing & Utensils
Wash dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment
Ensure proper cleaning and sanitization
Maintain dishwashing area hygiene

Kitchen Cleaning Support
Clean kitchen floors, walls, and workstations
Keep cooking area neat and secure
Remove food waste regularly

General Cleaning
Sweeping and mopping of kitchen & back area
Cleaning storage areas, racks, and drains
Assist in deep cleaning tasks

Waste Management
Dispose wet & dry waste properly
Maintain garbage area cleanliness
Follow hygiene standards

Basic Kitchen Support
Help chefs in small tasks (cutting, carrying items, etc.)
Arrange raw materials and supplies
Load/unload kitchen items
Ensure proper cleaning and sanitization
Maintain dishwashing area hygiene
