We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International BPO team as a Global Customer Experience Executive. The role involves handling customer interactions professionally through voice support while ensuring exceptional service standards and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for international clients
Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism
Document customer interactions and update records in the system
Meet process targets related to quality, productivity, and customer experience
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when required
Ensure compliance with company policies and international service standards

Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Solid problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in rotational/night shifts




Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Prior BPO/customer service experience is preferred but freshers can also apply
Positive attitude with a customer-first approach
