Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and dealers
Handle inbound inquiries related to products and services
Explain product features like waterproof, termite-proof, and durable WPC solutions:
Generate and maintain leads database:
Follow up with clients to close sales prospects
Coordinate with the sales team for conversions
Maintain daily call reports and performance records

Requirements:
Positive communication skills in Hindi, English (Bengali is a plus):
Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling:
Comfortable with calling and follow-ups
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, etc.)

Preferred Skills
Experience in telecalling / sales / customer support:
Knowledge of building materials / WPC products (optional)

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
