Job Summary:
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Handling & Sales Support
Assist walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
Guide customers in selecting suitable home furnishing products.
Support the sales team in closing sales and achieving targets.

Store Operations
Manage day-to-day showroom operations efficiently.
Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
Ensure smooth functioning of all store activities.

Visual Merchandising
Maintain attractive product displays and showroom presentation.
Arrange products like curtains, fabrics, and décor items effectively.
Update displays based on new arrivals and trends.

Stock Management
Monitor stock levels and inventory records.
Coordinate for stock replenishment and availability.
Ensure proper handling of products to avoid damage.

Billing & Coordination




Assist in billing and invoice processes.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
Handle customer queries and ensure satisfaction.

Skills & Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in retail / showroom operations.
Strong customer handling and communication skills.
Experience in sales support and store management.
Basic knowledge of Excel or billing software.
Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities efficiently.
Positive attitude and professional approach.
Experience in home furnishing, furniture, or interior product stores.
