Manage overall plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, and dispatch.
Ensure achievement of production targets and operational KPIs.
Drive productivity improvement, cost optimization, and process efficiency.
Implement Lean, TPM, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with EHS, ISO, and statutory regulations.
Monitor quality performance and reduce rejection/rework.
Lead manpower planning, team development, and industrial relations.
Coordinate with SCM, procurement, and engineering teams for smooth operations.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per year
