Role Overview

You’ll work on real-world production systems, not just CRUD apps.

Key Responsibilities: Backend & API Development
Design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs using Node.js & Express.js:
Build secure authentication & authorization systems (JWT, OAuth, role-based access)
Handle high-performance backend logic, async flows, and error handling
Optimize APIs for speed, scalability, and security

Database & Architecture
Design schemas and manage MongoDB (indexes, aggregations, performance tuning)
Work with relational DBs (MySQL/PostgreSQL) when required
Write clean, maintainable, and reusable backend code
Implement caching (Redis preferred)

Frontend (MERN)
Develop responsive UI using React.js:
Integrate frontend with backend APIs
State management using Redux / Context API

DevOps & Best Practices
Experience with Git/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines
Write unit & integration tests
Follow coding standards, security best practices, and documentation

Required Skills Must-Have
Solid experience with Node.js, Express.js:




REST API design & development
MongoDB (schema design, aggregation pipeline)
React.js fundamentals
Authentication (JWT, OAuth)
Git & version control
API testing using Postman / Swagger

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
