We are looking for someone who will lead Association Acquisition by identifying, approaching, and onboarding cricket associations globally. This role goes beyond simple acquisition — it requires strong stakeholder management, structured pitching, and aligning associations with CricHeroes as their official technology partner. The Challenge

Onboard cricket associations across international markets while building solid, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.

You will work closely with district, regional, and national cricket associations to introduce CricHeroes, understand their operational challenges,



and position our platform as a long-term partner that helps modernise and streamline their cricket operations.

What You’ll Do

Association Acquisition
Identify contact persons for district, regional, and national cricket associations across global markets.
Initiate conversations and introduce CricHeroes to relevant stakeholders.
Present the platform through structured discussions and pitching.
Support the structured onboarding of associations onto the platform.

Relationship Management
Build strong, trust-based relationships with association heads and decision-makers.
Maintain consistent follow-ups and periodic check-ins.
Act as the primary point of contact for coordination and support alignment.

Understanding Challenges
Conduct structured discussions to understand the operational challenges faced by associations, such as:
Tournament management issues
Player registration
