We are looking for a agile and experienced Assistant Manager - HR (Operations) to manage end-to-end HR operations and oversee Employee Life Cycle Management across the organization. The role requires robust expertise in HR processes, compliance, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage complete Employee Life Cycle (onboarding to exit)
Handle HR Operations including attendance, payroll coordination, and documentation
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and labour laws:
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS/ERP systems:
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders for smooth HR functioning
Support audits and ensure adherence to company policies
Drive process improvements in HR operations

Key Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR Operations
Strong expertise in Employee Life Cycle Management:
Knowledge of Statutory Compliance & Payroll processes:
Good understanding of Labour Laws & HR practices:




Proficiency in HRMS / ERP systems & MS Excel:
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills:
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
