We are looking for a Equipment All-Rounder with strong hands-on experience in cricket equipment retail, distribution, or category management — someone who understands the market deeply and can drive this category with ownership and commercial clarity.

This is a business-critical role requiring a deep understanding of the game, execution strength, supplier understanding, and strong commercial judgement.

The Challenge

Build a strong, profitable, and scalable cricket equipment category within CricHeroes Store — ensuring the right products, robust margins, efficient inventory, and consistent growth.

You will work across developing recent products, vendor negotiations, supply management, pricing strategy, inventory planning,



and performance tracking — with full accountability for category performance.

What You’ll Do

Category & Product Management
Develop new products based on your cricketing expertise, adding a layer of differentiation to our offerings.
Define and manage the cricket equipment assortment (bats, balls, gloves, pads, helmets, kits, accessories and so on).
Evaluate product quality, specifications, and pricing competitiveness.
Continuously optimize the product mix based on demand trends and sales performance.

Vendor & Brand Partnerships
Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with manufacturers and distributors.
Negotiate pricing, margins, credit terms, and supply timelines.
Ensure reliable supply chain and robust commercial agreements.

Pricing & Commercial Strategy
Set pricing strategies aligned with market positioning and margin goals.
Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
Drive revenue, margins, and sell-through performance
