A fast-growing Shipping & Logistics company is looking for a skilled and experienced Operations Executive to join our agile team in Mumbai.
Position: Operations Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end shipping operations including import & export shipments.
Coordinate with carriers, agents, customers, and internal teams.
Manage booking confirmations, documentation, and shipment execution.
Track shipments and provide timely updates to clients.
Ensure smooth cargo movement from origin to destination.
Resolve operational issues and ensure on-time delivery.
Maintain proper records and operational reports.
Support compliance with shipping procedures and regulations.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Shipping / NVOCC / Freight Forwarding / Logistics Operations.
Strong knowledge of import/export documentation and procedures.
Experience in coordination with shipping lines and overseas agents.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle pressure and multiple shipments.
Mumbai / India market experience preferred.
