Job Summary:
A Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team, ensuring productivity, and maintaining quality standards. They act as a bridge between staff and management, ensuring company policies are followed and targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily work activities of team members
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Handle employee issues, conflicts, and disciplinary actions
Monitor productivity and prepare performance reports
Ensure dispatch standards and deadlines are met
Communicate updates and feedback to warehouse manager
Assist in scheduling shifts and managing attendance
Maintain inventory, resources, or workflow
