Lead recruitment strategies tailored to hospitality roles (front office, housekeeping, F&B;, spa, etc.)
Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs based on occupancy and seasonality
Manage onboarding and orientation programs that reflect the resort/hotel’s service ethos
Cultivate a warm, inclusive, and service-driven workplace culture
Mediate conflicts and resolve grievances with discretion and empathy
Organize team-building activities and recognition events to boost morale
Administer payroll, gratuities, and incentive programs aligned with hospitality standards
Ensure full compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and brand policies
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Preferred hospitality experience
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
