We are looking for a strategic leader who understands that administration is not just operations — it is business growth, parent trust, conversion excellence, and organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive admissions growth through counselling, parent engagement, and conversion strategies
Lead and manage Admissions, Front Office, and Accounts departments
Monitor business performance, growth metrics, and institutional numbers
Strengthen parent interaction, trust-building, and relationship management
Handle sales pitches, objections, and admissions challenges effectively
Optimize operational systems, reporting structures, and administrative efficiency




Build accountable teams with robust leadership and performance orientation
Proven experience in admissions counselling, parent conversion, and educational administration
Solid business acumen with understanding of revenue, performance, and growth metrics
Excellent communication, objection handling, and leadership skills
Technically proficient in reporting, systems management, and process optimization
Growth-minded, solution-driven, and highly numbers-focused
