Key Responsibilities
Product Development Support
Assist in the development of current products.
Support in assembling prototypes and conducting initial testing.
Help improve existing product designs under supervision.
Assist in component selection and basic feasibility checks.
Testing & Validation
Perform product testing, quality checks, and validation as per guidelines.
Record and analyze test results and report issues to senior team members.
Assist in evaluating samples and components from vendors.
Ensure products meet quality and safety standards during testing.
Technical Coordination
Coordinate with R&D; engineers and supervisors for daily tasks and project updates.
Support production and quality teams during product trials and pilot runs.
Maintain proper handling of tools, equipment, and testing instruments.
Documentation & Record Keeping
Maintain technical records, test reports,



and documentation.
Update product data, specifications, and changes as instructed.
Ensure proper filing of samples and R&D; materials.
Process & Compliance Support
Follow company processes and compliance standards.
Assist in improving testing procedures and workflow efficiency.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the R&D; lab/work area.

Key Skills & Requirements
Knowledge of electronic components and circuits
Hands-on experience with testing tools and equipment
Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
