Job Summary

We are looking for a Packaging & Procurement Executive to support packaging development and sourcing activities for dairy and value-added products. The role involves vendor management, cost optimization, and ensuring timely availability of packaging materials aligned with business and marketing requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Leading end-to-end development of recent packaging solutions as per brand requirement with Innovation
Selecting and testing packaging materials to ensure durability, sustainability, and safety
Collaborating with vendors to source innovative packaging technologies
Reducing waste and minimizing environmental impact through structural optimization.
Coordinate packaging development (primary & secondary packaging - films, laminates, cartons, labels)
Work closely with Marketing, R&D;, and vendors for packaging execution and recent product launches
Manage procurement of packaging materials as per production and marketing plans




Identify and onboard vendors; maintain strong vendor relationships
Support commercial negotiations and cost optimization initiatives
Ensure timely availability of materials and avoid stock-outs
Track inventory and coordinate with supply chain and plant teams
Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements (FSSAI, labeling norms)
Maintain MIS, purchase orders, and vendor data
