Position Overview

The HR Manager will play a critical role in building a productive workforce, improving employee retention, implementing HR systems, and supporting organizational growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant, sales, technical, and corporate positions.
Coordinate manpower planning with department heads.
Handle recruitment for:
Plant operators
Machine technicians
Production staff
Sales & marketing teams
Accounts & admin staff
Conduct interviews, onboarding, and induction programs.

Employee Relations & Engagement
Maintain healthy employee relations across factory and office staff.
Resolve employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
Develop employee engagement activities and retention programs.
Promote positive work culture and team motivation.





HR Operations
Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.
Maintain HRMIS and employee documentation.
Ensure proper joining, confirmation, appraisal, transfer, and exit formalities.
Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs.

Compliance & Statutory Management
Ensure compliance with labor laws and factory regulations.
Handle statutory compliances including:
PF
ESIC
Bonus
Gratuity
Factory Act
Contract Labour compliance
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities.

Performance Management
Implement KPI-based performance evaluation systems.
Support management in designing incentive structures for:
Sales teams
Factory staff
Supervisors
Coordinators
Conduct performance reviews and appraisal processes.

Training & Development
Identify training needs for plant and office staff.
Organize technical, behavioral, and safety tra
