Qualification:
BE / B.Tech in Electronics & Communication (EC) or Information Technology (IT)
MBA (mandatory)

Experience:
5+ years of post-qualification experience in large-scale ICT infrastructure projects
Proven experience in managing Command & Control Centers / Control Centers
Experience handling government or smart infrastructure projects preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Over all in-charge of Operation & Maintenance of the Command Control Center
Ensure end-to-end functioning and high uptime of Control Center infrastructure
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and government agencies




Manage issue resolution, escalation processes, and incident handling
Ensure compliance with defined operational and performance standards
Maintain documentation, reporting, and performance dashboards
Robust operational, coordination, and leadership skills
Experience in Government / Smart City / ICT infrastructure projects
Ability to manage critical infrastructure with high availability requirements
Robust problem-solving and decision-making ability

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
