Key Responsibilities
Manage the 3-stage production process: Bhatti (Furnace), Rotary Furnace, Pot (Refining)
Oversee shift management across morning, afternoon, and night shifts
Plan and schedule production based on material availability
Manage inventory and material flow using FIFO system
Supervise shift supervisors, furnace operators, and floor workers
Monitor and record production data using MS Excel and spreadsheets

Work Style
This is a mixed role — part desk work on laptop, part factory floor supervision
You will spend time both at your workstation managing data and on the production floor with your team

Requirements:
Production planning and scheduling experience
Proficiency in MS Excel and spreadsheets
Hindi fluency and functional English

Salary: Rs 1,40,000 to 2,40,000 per annum

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
