Role overview

We are hiring a Senior SEO Manager / SEO Lead to own SEO strategy and execution for our D2C brands - on-page, off-page, technical and content - to reduce CAC and build long-term organic growth engines.

Key responsibilities
Own SEO strategy and roadmap across client accounts.
Lead on-page, off-page, technical SEO and content strategy.
Manage and mentor SEO executives and interns.
Drive keyword strategy, content briefs and link building.
Report on rankings, organic traffic and conversions, and tie SEO to CAC reduction.

Requirements:
4+ years in SEO, agency or D2C brand side.
Proven results growing organic traffic and rankings.
Robust command of technical SEO and content strategy.
Experience leading or mentoring an SEO team.

Tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, GA4.
