Role & Responsibilities
Provide recommendations for product assortment, category planning, and inventory optimization.
Advise to optimize inventory management and enhance the customer experience
To develop promotional strategies and pricing models.
Provide recommendations on best practices for store operations, including layout optimization, shelf placement, and stock replenishment
Advise on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape within the grocery industry
Monitor customer preferences and seasonal demand cycles
Analyze industry data to identify growth prospects and emerging challenges.
Work to improve customer experience, reduce waste, and enhance operational efficiency
Work with cross functional teams, procurement, supply chain,



and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies
Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal teams to enhance their understanding of grocery business dynamics
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales growth, margin improvement, and inventory turnover
Implement omnichannel strategies or sustainability initiatives
