Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
Identify customers’ requirement, clarify information, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Seize prospects to upsell services based on available things

Qualification : Any Graduation (Except recent B.tech passed outs)

Shift : Night shift (US rotational)

Salary : 16K-25K (Statutory benefits)

Solid phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening are required.
