We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Travel Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with travel queries, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound calls for travel inquiries
Explain holiday packages, flight options, and services to clients
Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales bookings:
Follow up with potential customers via calls/WhatsApp
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel plans
Coordinate with operations team for bookings & confirmations
Maintain customer database and update CRM regularly
Requirements:
Good communication & convincing skills
Basic knowledge of travel destinations/packages preferred
Ability to handle sales pressure & targets
Proficiency in Hindi & English (additional languages is a plus)
