Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Manage the general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing activities.
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and bank reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
Prepare and file GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory returns as applicable.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts to support management decisions.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Maintain accurate accounting records and strengthen internal financial controls.
Assist in preparing budgets, financial plans, and management reports.
Support ERP/accounting software implementation and process improvement initiatives.
Mentor junior accounting staff and ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures.

Pay: ₹30,000.74 - ₹45,409.93 per month
