Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to WhatsApp inquiries.
Understand customer health goals and recommend suitable products.
Explain product advantages, ingredients, and usage.
Convince customers to purchase monthly or long-term subscriptions.
Handle customer objections professionally.
Follow up with interested customers until the sale is closed.
Cross-sell and upsell complementary products.
Process orders and coordinate with the dispatch team.
Maintain customer records in the CRM.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Provide post-purchase support to encourage repeat purchases.
Skills Required
Excellent Hindi and English communication.
Solid sales and persuasion skills.
Experience in WhatsApp or inside sales.
Basic knowledge of nutrition or healthcare products (training can be provided).
Comfortable using CRM software and WhatsApp Business.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
