Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop comprehensive baseline project schedules, micro-plans, and effective resource allocation frameworks.
Execution & Progress Monitoring: Mobilize in office construction activities, track daily progress against milestones, and ensure timely project completion.
Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project expenses to ensure alignment with the approved budget and implement strict material wastage control measures.
Team & Vendor Management: Direct and coordinate site engineers, supervisors, sub-contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless workflow integration.
Client Relationship Management: Conduct regular progress review meetings with clients, submit detailed MIS reports, and effectively resolve client queries.
Quality Assurance & Safety Compliance: Enforce strict industrial safety norms (HSE guidelines) and maintain the highest standards of construction quality on-site.





Required Qualifications & Technical Skills
Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Post-Graduation or MBA in Construction/Project Management is highly preferred).
Experience: 5 to 10 years of core experience in industrial construction (e.g., factories, warehouses, manufacturing units, and process plants).
Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience and proficiency in project planning tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project (MSP).
Soft Skills: Solid leadership, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
