Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
Guide students regarding study abroad opportunities
Follow up with leads and maintain communication
Explain services and convert inquiries into admissions
Maintain records of calls and student interactions
Achieve monthly calling and conversion targets

Requirements:




Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali:
Smart, positive, and ready to take challenges
Basic computer knowledge
Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
