Job Summary:
We are hiring a Tele caller / Customer Service Representative (CSR) who will manage customer support, collect feedback, and handle retailer/dealer procurement calls to grow business.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service (CSR):
Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
Resolve queries, complaints, and provide proper solutions
Ensure high customer satisfaction and qualified communication

Customer Feedback:
Call customers after delivery for feedback
Maintain records in Excel/CRM
Follow up on pending issues

Retailer/Dealer Procurement:
Call retailers/dealers to introduce products




Generate leads and onboard new partners
Explain pricing, margin & business opportunity
Maintain database and regular follow-ups

Requirements:
Positive communication (Hindi & English)
Robust convincing & problem-solving skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Google Sheets)
Experience in tele calling / customer service
Target-oriented and confident personality

Working Details:
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday

Pay: ₹10,500.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month
