Key Responsibilities
Manage rubber product development projects from concept to production.
Coordinate with design, R&D;, production, quality, procurement, and sales teams.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Ensure products meet customer specifications and industry standards.
Oversee rubber compounding, material selection, and manufacturing processes.
Conduct risk assessments and solve technical issues during project execution.
Communicate project progress to management and customers.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
Skills Needed
Project management and leadership.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Team coordination and communication.
Budgeting and scheduling.
Knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, ERP systems, etc.).
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
