Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT, Sales, and Digital Marketing profiles.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Build solid talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
Work closely with internal teams to understand hiring requirements and timelines.
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience with recruitment portals.
Strong understanding of IT and Digital Marketing recruitment.
Robust coordination and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tracking.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
