Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Improve MTBF and ensure maximum uptime of TCF/assembly line equipment through preventive and predictive maintenance
Execute PPM for conveyors, robots, tightening systems, and utilities
Lead breakdown maintenance with quick restoration to minimize downtime
Conduct RCA and implement CAPA for recurring failures
Implement and sustain TPM pillars (Autonomous Maintenance, Focused Improvement)
Ensure documentation, ISO/TPM audit compliance, and system adherence
Ensure adherence to EHS standards, safety protocols, and statutory norms
Promote zero-accident culture during maintenance activities
Drive cost control and budget adherence
Implement cost optimization through repair, refurbishment, and standardization
Track and improve KPIs: OEE, MTTR/MTBF, breakdown hours, and maintenance cost
Use data-driven insights for continuous improvement and downtime reduction
