A Project Coordinator ensures smooth execution of a project by coordinating between site teams, consultants, vendors, and management. In real estate companies like ours, this role is crucial for keeping projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinating between Civil, MEP, Architect, and Structural teams:
Tracking daily site progress and reporting to management
Preparing and following up on project schedules
Conducting site meetings & preparing MOM
Monitoring material delivery and vendor timelines
Supporting billing process (RA bills, contractor bills)
Ensuring work is done as per drawings and BOQ
Maintaining project documentation and approvals

Required Skills:
Robust coordination & communication skills
Valuable understanding of construction drawings
Knowledge of BOQ & project timelines
MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD basics
Problem-solving & follow-up ability
Vendor management skills
6+ year of experience

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
