Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries.
Explain immigration programs, visa processes, and company services to clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable immigration solutions.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM/software.
Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
Coordinate with the documentation and processing team for smooth client onboarding.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely updates.
Build long-term relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
