We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Senior Marketing Manager who understands the ground realities of the security and manpower services industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Present company services and generate high-quality leads for Security Facility Management Services
Build and maintain robust relationships with corporate clients, builders, industries, and institutions
Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers based on client requirements
Identify new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to stay competitive.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.
Run and monitor advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Improve website visibility through SEO /SEM and online marketing strategies.
Ability to generate leads through both fieldwork and digital channels.
Prior experience in Security Services,



Facility Management, or Manpower Industry is highly preferred Robust understanding of B2B sales processes and contract-based service models

Required Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
Experience in SEO, social media marketing, and online advertising.
Confidence in handling clients independently and maintaining long term business relationships.

Qualification:
Graduate (Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.)
MBA in Marketing preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
