- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work execution according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards on-site.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and labor teams.
- Prepare site reports, work progress reports, and material records.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during execution.
- Verify measurements and billing of contractors/vendors.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and manpower.
- Maintain compliance with project schedules and deadlines.
- Monitor RCC, finishing, structural, and civil works execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 3–5 years of on-site construction experience preferred.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site practices.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and basic project reporting.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and site management abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in residential/commercial projects.
- Knowledge of quantity estimation and BOQ preparation.
- Understanding of site safety standards and quality control procedures.
