Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Site Civil Engineer role based in Kochi.

The Site Civil

Engineer will oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring work is executed according to approved civil engineering designs, drawings, and technical specifications.

Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors and project stakeholders, monitoring progress against plans, and resolving on-site engineering and construction issues. The role involves supervising quality control, verifying quantities, supporting site measurements, and implementing safety and compliance standards.

Engineer will also assist with planning and scheduling, preparing site reports, and supporting stormwater and drainage management solutions as required.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong core civil engineering skills, including Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design.
- Candidates should possess experience as Civil Engineers with a focus on site execution and coordination.
- Candidates should possess solid Planning abilities for site activities, resources, timelines, and construction sequencing.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Stormwater Management, drainage systems, and related infrastructure design and implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Experience working on infrastructure, building, or land development projects, preferably in a site-based role.
- Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations, and basic proficiency in civil engineering software and MS Office.
- Robust communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions on site.
