Interior Site Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Interior Site Engineer to supervise and coordinate interior fit-out works at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out activities at the project site.
- Read and understand architectural, interior, and MEP drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor site execution of civil and interior works, including:
- False ceiling and gypsum works
- Flooring and tiling
- Carpentry and modular furniture
- Painting and polishing
- Glass and partition works
- Electrical and lighting works
- Plumbing and other MEP coordination
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Check measurements, levels, dimensions, and alignment of executed works.
- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
- Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports.
- Track project progress against the agreed schedule.
- Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at site.
- Supervise workers and subcontractors and allocate daily work activities.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain proper site records.
- Coordinate inspections and obtain approvals from the client/consultant.




- Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working practices at the site.
- Assist in quantity measurements, billing, and preparation of work completion reports.
- Minimize material wastage and ensure proper utilization of resources.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and project stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out/site execution.
- Good knowledge of interior construction methods and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and site documentation.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites and coordinate with multiple teams.

Job Type Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
