Site Civil Engineer | Gurugram

Ramnath Construction Company is hiring a Site Civil Engineer for our ongoing construction projects in Gurugram.

Location: Gurugram, Delhi NCR

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Experience: Relevant site experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, labour, and suppliers.
- Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Monitor construction quality, progress, manpower, and materials.
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Assist with planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Conduct site measurements and prepare daily progress reports.
- Identify and resolve technical/site-related issues.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, project managers, and clients.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.




- Supervise drainage and stormwater-related civil works where required.

Requirements
- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Site execution experience preferred.
- Positive knowledge of civil construction and building works.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- AutoCAD knowledge will be an advantage.
- Ability to manage site activities independently.
