CIVIL SITE ENGINEER

We are seeking a responsible and capable Site Supervisor to take charge of day-to-day construction activities and ensure that work is completed in accordance with approved architectural and structural drawings, required quality standards, and project schedules.

The candidate should have practical construction knowledge, be confident in coordinating site teams, and be capable of identifying and resolving routine site issues.

Main Responsibilities The Site Supervisor will be responsible for:

- Overseeing daily construction activities and coordinating work at the project site.
- Ensuring execution is carried out accurately as per approved architectural and structural drawings.
- Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and various site workers.
- Inspecting the quality of civil and finishing works, including concrete, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and related works.
- Checking site dimensions, levels, alignment, and workmanship during different stages of construction.
- Organising and supervising masons, labourers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other trades.
- Planning the sequence of activities so that different trades can work efficiently without unnecessary delays or conflicts.




- Identifying material requirements and coordinating with the office or project team to ensure materials are available when needed.
- Checking incoming materials against the required specifications.
- Maintaining records of daily progress, labour attendance, material usage, and completed work.
- Reporting technical issues, construction discrepancies, and deviations from approved drawings to the concerned team.
- Working with the design team to obtain clarification whenever drawings or site conditions require it.
- Ensuring proper site safety, cleanliness, and housekeeping.
- Following up on project schedules and taking necessary action to keep construction progressing as planned.
- Assisting with site measurements, quantity verification, and contractor bill checking whenever required.
- Carrying out regular inspections and providing clear progress updates to management.

Education & Experience A Diploma, ITI, Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related qualification is preferred. Employment Type: Full-time
