Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Civil Engineer based in Hyderabad.

The Site Civil

Engineer will oversee civil works for pre-engineered building projects, including site supervision, quality control, and coordination with project managers, contractors, and client representatives. Daily responsibilities include interpreting drawings, monitoring construction progress, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and timelines, and preparing regular site reports. The role involves managing site resources, resolving technical issues, and supporting planning activities related to foundations, stormwater systems, and other civil infrastructure.

Engineer will also participate in inspections, testing, and documentation to ensure compliance with company standards and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design skills, with the ability to interpret and apply structural and infrastructure drawings.
- Candidates should possess practical experience as Civil Engineers, including site execution, supervision, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
- Candidates should possess Planning skills for scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking across multiple site activities.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Stormwater Management and related drainage systems for industrial and commercial building projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Experience in industrial, commercial, or pre-engineered building projects is preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction safety practices, quality standards, and relevant codes.
- Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and using basic engineering and layout tools; familiarity with AutoCAD or similar software is an advantage.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in office and report clearly to project leadership.
- Ability to work independently at site locations, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to project needs and timelines.
